Assist in managing statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, and Skilled Tax (PT).
Positive communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Maintain employee compliance records and documentation.
Support the preparation and submission of statutory returns and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify employee data.
Update and maintain compliance-related MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
