Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner with 7 to 10 years of experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive effective HR initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies employee lifecycle management and organizational culture.
Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment
Provide guidance on compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop effective solutions and programs
Support organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives




Collaborate with cross functional teams to address workforce needs in a matrixed workplace
Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and presentations to support decision making
Partner with business unit leaders to translate business objectives into HR strategies
Lead the implementation of HR initiatives from Centers of Excellence and customize interventions for specific business units
Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and conflict management
Coach managers and leaders on talent management leadership practices and organizational change
Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and data protection standards Facilitate onboarding performance management and exit processes
Drive rewards recognition and retention programs to enhance employee morale
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and locations
Driving Talent Management process end to end including pay planning career development and succession plan
