Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Kolkata.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for corporate merchandise, including T-shirts, welcome kits, and branded gifts, aligned with client brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing logos and brand assets, designing print-ready graphics, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing artwork files for production. The role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to understand client requirements, presenting design options, refining concepts based on feedback, and ensuring visual consistency across all deliverables.





The Graphic

Designer will also support marketing initiatives by creating graphics for digital campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate brand identities into effective visual merchandise.

Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive, recognizable brand assets for corporate clients.

Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and stylistic choices for both print and digital formats.

Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).

Portfolio demonstrating work on branded merchandise, corporate design, or related visual communication projects.

Attention to detail, robust visual sense, and the ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.

Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
