Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and presentable Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for clients visiting our project site. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver engaging project presentations while coordinating closely with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the project site.
Provide detailed project presentations and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Understand customer requirements and direct qualified leads to the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of visitor details, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Ensure the reception and experience center are well-maintained and presentable.




Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up with prospective clients to support the sales process.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with visitors

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

Eligibility & Skills

Female only
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable personality with a professional appearance.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or front office is preferred.
