: HR Compliance & Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance & Accounts Executive for our Mumbai office. The candidate should have practical knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll, invoicing, and day-to-day HR back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll, salary sheets, deductions, and reimbursements.
Manage PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory compliance.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, salary documents, compliance files, and HR reports.
Prepare client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain basic accounts, expense records, bills, vouchers, and payment details.
Coordinate with employees, clients, consultants, and government authorities when required.




Support audits and ensure all compliance documents and filings are completed on time.
Handle other HR and administrative back-office activities.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, invoicing, and labour compliance.
Comfortable using MS Excel, payroll software, and accounting tools such as Tally.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Organised, responsible, and capable of handling confidential employee and financial information.
Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, or manpower companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,700.53 - ₹22,000.00 per month
