Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify prospects for product innovation and growth.
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational performance.
Develop business cases and financial models to support product initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
Communicate product updates and business insights to senior management and external partners.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance, track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
Lead product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Manage product backlog,



prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful product management or business analysis in a relevant industry.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) architecture, configurations and operations
Experience in Technology/Ecommerce companies
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
