EDP Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring platforms.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a result-oriented approach.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT, Manufacturing, or Corporate hiring etc.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
