About the Role

We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable Graphic Designing & Animation Trainer who can train students in graphic design, animation, and industry-relevant creative tools. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of design software along with valuable communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and engaging training sessions on graphic designing and animation.
Teach students design concepts, creative techniques, and industry practices.
Provide hands-on training using relevant design and animation software.
Create lesson plans, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
Guide students through live projects and portfolio development.
Evaluate students performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry requirements.
Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.
Support students with doubts, assignments, and project-related queries.

Required Skills




Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
Knowledge of 2D animation and motion graphics.
Good creative and visual communication skills.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with relevant industry experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or qualified training in graphic design/animation will be an added advantage.
