Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the complete hiring process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback to all stakeholders.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and statistics for internal use.




Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of proven experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT hiring).
Hands-on experience using Naukri Portal and other sourcing platforms.
Robust knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and achieve recruitment targets.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
