Greet and seat guests
Explain menu items and daily specials
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks promptly
Explicit, sanitize, and reset tables
Process guest billing and payments

Required Knowledge and Skills
Robust verbal communication
Basic food safety and hygiene rules
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
Ability to stand for long hours and lift trays
