Role Description The Guest Service Associate (F&B;) is a full time, on-site role based in Orchha, focused on delivering attentive and courteous service in all food and beverage areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking and processing orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring timely, accurate service. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining spaces, setting up and clearing tables, and supporting special events or banquets.

Associate also handles guest queries and requests, manages basic reservations related to F&B; outlets,



and addresses concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Prior experience in food and beverage service within hotels or resorts is preferred.
