Role Description The HR Recruiter Intern role is an in office internship based in Shivajinagar. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting with interview logistics and candidate communication.

The role also involves helping with employer branding initiatives,



career events, and documentation related to new hires. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, exposure to HR processes, and opportunities to learn best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong interest in Human Resources, especially recruitment and talent acquisition.

Positive communication skills (written and verbal) and professional email etiquette.

Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaboration platforms.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work respectfully with diverse teams.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest/experience).

Attention to detail, confidentiality in handling candidate information, and basic understanding of fair hiring practices.
