Lead Production & Process teams to achieve plant targets for output, quality, cost, efficiency, and safety.
Plan, organize, and control production to meet daily, monthly, and annual goals.
Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor KPIs (yield, efficiency, downtime, cost/unit) and coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics for smooth operations.
Drive process control and continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and innovation initiatives.
Standardize and ensure adherence to SOPs; reduce process losses, energy use, and raw material waste.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO, and customer specifications; resolve quality issues with QA/QC.
Enforce SHE (Safety, Health & Setting) policies; promote a zero-incident culture through risk assessments and training.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members; manage workforce planning, training, and succession.
Prepare production reports, support budgeting, cost-reduction, and productivity projects.
Collaborate with R&D; and technical teams for process development and trials.
