As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this Corporate Development role, you will be instrumental in identifying key growth levers, launching recent initiatives, and driving strategic projects such as OKRs and NPS. In this role, you will get hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and business analytics that drive decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the FP&A; team on live business problems, gaining a ground-level understanding of how finance powers strategy in a fast-growing fintech NBFC. Read more on:

What we are looking for in the role:
Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Assist in building and maintaining financial models for business planning and forecasting.
Help track key business metrics (disbursements, AUM, cost of funds, opex) and prepare management dashboards.
Support the team in preparing board decks, investor reports, and ad-hoc management presentations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounts,



Business, Credit) to gather and validate data inputs.
Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A.;
Ensure timely and accurate data compilation with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidate
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint.
Valuable understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts.
High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines consistently.
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.

Qualification & Experience:
Pursuing CA (Inter qualified), currently eligible for or undergoing Industrial Training as per ICAI/ICMAI norms.
No prior full-time work experience required; internship exposure to finance/FP&A; functions is a plus.
Familiarity with the BFSI/NBFC sector will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
