Roles & responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and recruitment status.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and providing timely feedback.




Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process in alignment with company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
