Role Description This is a full time, remote HR Recruiter Intern role. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, scheduling and tracking interview processes, and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner. The intern will help HR and hiring managers with talent research, market mapping, and reporting on hiring progress. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives,



updating recruitment documentation, and contributing to process improvement within the talent acquisition function.

Qualifications
Solid interest in talent acquisition and HR, with skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Effective communication abilities, including transparent written and verbal communication and professional email and phone etiquette.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Comfort using HR or recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, job portals, and productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
Analytical mindset with basic research skills and the ability to prepare simple reports and summaries on hiring activities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate with global teams, and maintain confidentiality.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior internship or project exposure in recruitment is an advantage.
Interest in consulting, technology, or financial services sectors and willingness to learn about hiring.
