The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recrui Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline. Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. Ensure timely closure of open positions.



Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience (experience in the insurance sector is preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid negotiation and convincing abilities. Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office and job portals. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

ExperienceExperience in hiring for insurance sales, operations, or customer service roles. Knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
