We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interviewing and assessment skills.




Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with 13 years of recruitment experience will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience hiring for Sales, HR, Accounts, Customer Support, or Real Estate roles is an advantage.
