We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Guidewire applications and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in Guidewire UI/API testing, automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across Guidewire modules.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes to enhance product quality.
Required Skills:
Solid expertise in Guidewire applications and automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience in Guidewire Testing (GT) covering both UI and API testing.
Robust experience with Selenium and Java for test automation.
Good understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
Experience with Playwright (Java/TypeScript) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
