Team Leadership: Supervise visa counselors, case officers, and file handlers to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Compliance & Quality Check: Ensure all visa applications, permanent residence files, and documentation meet current international legal standards and embassy guidelines.
Performance Reporting: Track daily client flow, assess conversion ratios, and present monthly reports to top management.
Client Escalations: Handle difficult cases, resolve application delays, and counsel high-value clients.
Business Strategy:



Analyze market competition and help upper management launch current methods for client acquisition and lead generation.

Key Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5+ years working in the immigration or visa consultancy sector.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of study, work, or permanent residency visa processes for major countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK).
Skills: Solid communication, team management, problem-solving, and target-driven sales abilities.

I Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
