We are looking for an HR recruiter to join our team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates through job portals and scocail media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Call candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with the hiring team during the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates until they join.
Maintain recruitment records and Update hiring reports.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee attendance records.
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive communication skills.
Basic Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Basic Knowledge of Job portals( Indeed, Apna, Work India, Naukri,etc.)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
