We are looking for an HR Consultant with hands-on recruitment experience to manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients.
Post job advertisements and prepare job descriptions.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in Excel.

Requirements
1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Solid communication and interviewing skills.
Valuable sourcing knowledge across multiple job platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Benefits:
