About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting talent acquisition initiatives to help us attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates until joining.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Skills Required




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
MBA (HR) or Equivalent
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
