Employee Relations & Discipline

● Handle employee grievances, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters in a fair and confidential manner.

Conduct compliance and disciplinary investigations.

● Draft and issue formal HR communications, including warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary documentation.

● Promote positive employee relations and ensure adherence to company policies.

Manpower Planning & Allocation

● Monitor regional manpower requirements and staffing levels.

● Coordinate with business heads to address workforce shortages and optimize manpower allocation.

● Prepare manpower planning reports and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

● Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions.

● Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

● Develop and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.

Policy & Compliance Management





● Ensure implementation and compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

● Interpret and apply labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

● Monitor attendance, leave management, and location-tracking compliance.

● Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Performance Management & Payroll Support

● Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee performance reviews.

● Verify attendance and leave records for payroll processing.

● Manage employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.

● Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data for management review.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

● MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
