BCom Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer
Prior experience in the Banking/NBFC sector with exposure to Gold Loan operations
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct offline classroom training
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on Gold Loan products, processes, and customer handling.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions and assessments.
Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support.
Prepare trainees for industry requirements and placements.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with both Banking/Gold Loan domain experience and training experience.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
