Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Brand) is hiring an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.




Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1 5 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).
Experience hiring for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
Solid sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office.
