Cremberie Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Organize training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and HR documentation.
Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
FMCG or Dairy industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
