Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Graphic

Designer will create visually compelling assets for event branding, including logos, layouts, and promotional materials for print and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with event managers and marketing teams to understand design requirements, developing concepts, and delivering high-quality graphics aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves preparing design files for production, maintaining consistency across all event touchpoints,



and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance insights.

The Graphic

Designer will also support the creation of presentations, social media content, and visual identities for diverse events.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities for events.
Solid understanding of Typography to ensure transparent, aesthetically pleasing visual communication.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio demonstrating creative, original design work relevant to branding and events.
Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of basic production processes (printing, large-format graphics, digital asset delivery) is an advantage.
