About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, and coordinating the hiring process for multiple positions. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job profiles.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.




Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring MIS.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.).
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Solid time management and organizational
