Org Linked is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and effective hiring processes.
Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and networking sessions.
Handle background checks, reference verification, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment trends.
Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and time-management skills.
