Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing influencer ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who loves discovering creators, enjoys building relationships, and has a sharp eye for digital trends and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

● Research, shortlist, and onboard nano/micro/macro influencers aligned with Khetika’s brand values

● Coordinate influencer collaborations — from briefing to tracking deliverables

● Monitor influencer content to ensure adherence to briefs and timelines





● Brainstorm and support influencer-led campaigns for product launches and brand awareness

● Maintain and update influencer databases and campaign trackers

● Keep up with platform trends, creator news, and industry best practices

● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and performance reports

Requirements

● Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and digital content

● Solid communication and negotiation skills (English/Hindi)

● Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms

● Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets for maintaining trackers

● Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented personality
