Job Summary

We are looking for a tech-savvy and highly motivated HR Associate/Executive to join our People Operations team. In this entry-level role, you will support our rapid-growing engineering and product teams. You will assist with technical recruitment, manage IT-specific onboarding, and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. This position is perfect for a fresh graduate eager to build a career in IT Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Tech Recruitment &
Engineering Onboarding
Tech Sourcing: Help source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech job boards.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate technical rounds, coding assessments, and manager interviews across different time zones.
IT Onboarding: Coordinate with the IT Support team to ensure recent hires receive laptops, software access, and security credentials on day one.
HR Operations &
Data Management
HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records in our HR Information Systems (HRIS) and tracking tools.
Policy Guidance: Help employees understand IT workplace policies, including remote work rules, data security, and shift allowances.
Documentation:



Prepare official letters, including offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment certificates.
Employee Engagement &
Performance Support
Tech Culture: Assist in organizing tech hackathons, team-building activities, and employee wellness programs.
Appraisals: Support the HR team during annual and mid-year technical performance review cycles.

Qualifications &
Requirements
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Experience: 1 year of experience. Prior internships at an IT company or tech startup are highly preferred.
Tech Literacy: Comfort using Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Excel Skills: Robust basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for managing employee spreadsheets.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact easily with software engineers and leadership.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
