Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level roles across e-commerce domains — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and align on candidate evaluation criteria.

Onboard recent hires with seamless documentation, system access, and orientation — ensuring 100% compliance with HR policies.

Track and report key HR metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, onboarding completion) using HRIS tools.

Support payroll, leave, and attendance tracking — acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.





Coordinate with internal teams to roll out employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)

ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or e-commerce HR tech stacks)

Resume screening & structured interviewing

Onboarding workflow automation

Payroll & attendance management systems

Employee lifecycle documentation Preferred Experience in e-commerce or tech-enabled hiring environments familiarity with OKR-based people operations
