Job Title: Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hardware & Network Engineer to maintain and support the IT infrastructure of our steel pipe manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware, CCTV systems, printers, LAN/WAN networks, fiber optic cables, and structured network cabling to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and computer peripherals.
Manage and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance networks.
Install and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, network switches, routers, and structured cabling.
Maintain and repair fiber optic and network cables.
Install,



configure, and support network and local printers.
Provide timely IT support to plant users and resolve hardware/network issues.
Maintain IT assets, network documentation, and service records.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance when required.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
38 years of experience in hardware, networking, and CCTV support, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, fiber optics, CCTV systems, printers, and Windows operating systems.
