Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Develop sourcing strategies for bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and recruiter productivity.
Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
Ensure recruitment process compliance and operational excellence.
Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
