The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS.
Manage attendance, leave, probation, and exit processes.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee perks.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and MIS.
Coordinate administrative and HR operational activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency is preferred.
