Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Executive role based in Halol. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, assisting with conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work workplace.

The HR Executive will help implement and update HR policies,



support compliance with labor laws and company standards, and coordinate performance management and training initiatives. The position also includes collaborating with managers on workforce planning, supporting recruitment activities, and preparing HR reports and metrics for leadership.
