About Latinum:

Latinum is looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager for their client to lead global HRO operations across the employee lifecycle. The role requires robust expertise in service delivery, client and stakeholder management, people leadership, transition management, and operational excellence while ensuring SLA adherence, profitability, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HRO service delivery (Hire-to-Retire), including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Payroll, Employee Data Management, and Exit processes.
Lead client governance, SLA/KPI management, and stakeholder communication.
Drive process transitions, knowledge transfer, and global COE setup.
Manage account financials, productivity, profitability, and cost optimization.
Lead large teams, drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development.
Identify automation and continuous improvement prospects to enhance operational efficiency.




Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
14–17 years of experience in Global HRO Delivery supporting US, UK, EMEA, or APAC clients.
Solid expertise across end-to-end HR processes and HR shared services.
Hands-on experience with Workday (mandatory); exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HRIS is preferred.
Experience in HRO transitions, SLA/KPI management, governance, and client relationship management.
Strong knowledge of operational excellence, automation, process improvement, and risk management.
Proven experience managing large teams in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR preferred).
HRO/HR Shared Services certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong HRO BPO/Shared Services experience supporting global clients and leading end-to-end HR service delivery operations.
