Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This full time, on-site role in Faridabad involves administering HR policies, coordinating payroll and attendance data, and supporting performance management processes. The HR Executive will handle employee queries,



support grievance resolution, and help foster a positive and compliant workplace setting.

The role also includes coordinating training programs, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and collaborating with management on HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.

Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.

Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations.

Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to support conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in HR-related software and MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or healthcare-related organization is an advantage.
