Responsibilities
Monitor and support Connect:Direct file transfers, processes, and nodes.
Troubleshoot transfer failures, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and certificate-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident management.
Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations.
Support onboarding of recent trading partners and file transfer interfaces.
Handle upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security,



and application teams.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management policies.

Mandatory Experience to Screen 68 years of IT experience

Hands-on IBM Sterling Connect:Direct support (minimum 4+ years preferred)

L2/L3 Production Support experience Secure Plus configuration and certificate management

File transfer troubleshooting and partner connectivity setup

Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Linux/Unix workplace exposure
