DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT HR STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH BUSINESS GOALS

MANAGE END TO END RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS

OVERSEE ONBOARDING AND INDUCTIONS FOR RECENT EMPLOYEES

MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE RECORDS AND ENSURE HR DOCUMENTATION IS ACCURATE AND UP TO THE DATE

HANDLE EMPLOYEE RELATION GRIEVANCES AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES.

PLAN AND CONDUCT EMPLOYEE TRAINING DEVELOPMENT.

MANAGE ATTENDANCE ,LEAVE RECORDS AND PAYROLL.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
