Position: Group Head – Copy (Individual Contributor)

Location: Goregaon East (In office, 5 days)

CTC: 12–16 LPA (Negotiable)

Desired Candidate Profile
7–10+ years of experience in copywriting within a digital advertising or creative agency.
Solid expertise in digital communication, social media, content strategy, integrated campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Exceptional conceptual thinking and writing skills across multiple digital platforms and formats.
Ability to independently own projects from ideation to execution. • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A robust portfolio showcasing award-worthy or high-impact digital campaigns is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop compelling creative ideas and copy for digital-first campaigns.
Write and refine copy across social media, digital films, websites, landing pages, performance marketing, CRM, emailers, blogs,



and integrated campaigns.
Develop brand narratives, campaign messaging, taglines, scripts, and long- and short-form content.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client Servicing teams to create effective and engaging campaigns.
Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and business goals.
Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients when required.
Review and refine content to maintain high standards of creativity, consistency, and accuracy.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends, consumer behaviour, and platform best practices to bring fresh thinking to campaigns. • Manage multiple brands and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
