Position: Crew Member / Ice Cream Parlor Staff Location: Lucknow Industry: Food & Beverage / Ice Cream Café Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers politely. Take customer orders and handle billing/POS. Prepare and serve ice creams, waffles, shakes, sundaes, and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet. Refill stock and manage inventory properly. Follow food safety and quality standards. Handle online delivery orders (Swiggy/Zomato) efficiently. Support team members during rush hours.
Ensure proper customer service and quick order preparation.
