Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding activities.
Support daily HR operations and recruitment documentation.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
