Key Responsibilities

Hardware Assembly & Repair

Repair and replace mechanical components used in robotic hardware. Assemble robotic grippers and related mechanical systems. Identify hardware issues and assist in troubleshooting mechanical failures.

3D Printing Support

Operate and maintain 3D printers used to produce robotics components. Prepare, monitor, and complete 3D print jobs for replacement parts. Perform basic printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Hardware Testing

Run test procedures on robotic grippers and hardware systems. Assist with flashing MCUs and verifying hardware functionality. Document hardware issues and test results.

Inventory Support

Track hardware parts and tools used in repair operations. Assist in maintaining organized inventory for repair components and supplies.



Notify leadership when inventory levels are low.

Team Collaboration Work closely with hardware leads and engineers to support hardware operations. Follow repair procedures and documentation. Communicate issues clearly and assist in resolving hardware problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on mechanical repair experience

Ability to use tools and assemble mechanical components

Familiarity with CAD software such as Fusion 360 or Onshape

Basic understanding of robotics hardware systems

Ability to follow repair and testing procedures

Familiarity with VSCode

Robust attention to detail
