We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HRM Faculty member to deliver high-quality training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Guide students on HR concepts, recruitment, payroll, HRMS, employee relations, and labor laws.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Assist with placement activities and career guidance.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resource Management / Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) or equivalent.
Relevant teaching or industry HR experience is preferred.
Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and current HR practices.
Experience
Freshers with strong academic knowledge may apply.
1–2years of teaching or corporate HR experience is preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
Strong communication in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to mentor and motivate students.
