The Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and customer lifecycle growth across the channel. This role combines sales strategy, funnel optimization, and retention, ensuring consistent business growth while maintaining a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a solid analytical mindset, hands-on experience in high-growth settings (preferably startups), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Brand’s growth roadmap, using data-driven insights to design and execute strategies that accelerate user and revenue growth across channels.
