Responsibilities
Preparing Job Descriptions for various job vacancies inside the organization.
Responsible for Full Hiring cycle, including re-sourcing, pre-screening, conducting telephonic/personal interviews, checking references, negotiating compensation packages.
Shortlist candidates based on performance in Interviews & Communication Skills.




Understanding competencies required for different roles, different levels.
Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new joinees, including scheduling of inductions.
Managing and handling the orientation of recent employees.
Handling administrative tasks such as managing employee attendance records etc.
Listing to employees’ complaints and ensuring workplace safety.
Sourcing the profiles from the job portals.
Creating and maintaining data bank for different categories of skilled professionals based on various requirements.

Qualifications
Any Degree, preferably with a Masters in HR.
