Localization of IE manpower handle on site affairs, such as measuring standard hoursproject progress

1.Bachelor and above, major of Industry engineering related.

2.More than 3 years working experience in IE and manufacturing related factory.

3.Familiar with IE Tools, Lean tools

4.Able to work Independent on projects

5.Read & write English, oral English is preferred.

6.Familiar with office software(especially excel), auto CAD.

7.Knowledge of Database and reports is preferred.

Key Responsibility

1.Develop and maintain standard times

2.Evaluate DL efficiency/ machine utilization rate/ capacity load

3.Drive continual improvement projects at the site

4.Assess manpower and machines needs according to FCST

5.Design and draw workshop layout while considering process logistics/efficiency/balance

6.Investment or improvement perk evaluation

Key Skill
