Job Summary
Medaorticx Healthtek Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Coders to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are eager to build a successful career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. Freshers with Medical Coding knowledge and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure coding accuracy while following official coding guidelines.
Maintain quality and productivity targets.
Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to support timely claim submission.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health, or any graduate with Medical Coding knowledge).
CPC,
CRC, CCS, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced Medical Coders (0–5+ years) are encouraged to apply.
